We currently serve families from our Carrollton and Allen centers and are expanding to Frisco in 2026. We're seeking passionate, reliable, and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who want to make a difference while growing with a company that values teamwork, development, and meaningful impact.

Work Remotely:
No, In-person Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality ABA interventions to children with ASD.
  • Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs as directed by the BCBA.
  • Collect, record, and summarize data on client progress and behavior.
  • Teach communication, social, and self-help skills in individual or small group settings.
  • Maintain accurate client documentation and session notes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
  • Adhere to company policies, confidentiality standards, and mandated reporting requirements. Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA therapy (preferred).
  • High school diploma or GED required; some college or a degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
  • Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred, not required).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Calm, patient, and creative when facing challenges.
  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and car insurance required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and engage in physical play when appropriate.
  • Must pass background, driving record, and reference checks. What We Offer
