Job Description
About Us Milestones DFW is an Autism therapy provider that uses leading-edge Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques that are individualized to best suit the unique needs of each client. Responsibilities and Duties Provide 30-40 hours per week of in-home, direct therapy to children with Autism and other developmental disorders under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®). Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for clients using a tablet-based ABA data collection platform. Motivate and energize clients through learning and play. Communicate professionally and confidentially with parents, guardians, BCBAs, and Lead RBTs. Requirements RBT certification, Clean background check, Minimum of 1 year of RBT experience Bachelor's degree or higher preferred but not required.
