As a BCBA, you will lead individualized treatment plans, conduct comprehensive assessments, and collaborate closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to enhance client outcomes. Your expertise will help transform lives through compassionate, goal-oriented behavioral therapy grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Duties Develop, implement, and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans based on comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations. Conduct client assessments, including behavioral psychological assessments and functional assessments, to identify target behaviors and appropriate interventions. Collect and analyze data meticulously during therapy sessions to monitor progress and adjust strategies accordingly. Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians and support staff, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and best practices in behavioral health. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans, facilitate intake processes, and support client communication. Deliver training on behavior intervention techniques tailored for children with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for client confidentiality. Support clients in their natural environments by delivering home-based behavioral therapy that promotes generalization of skills across settings. Qualifications Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Experience working with children and adults with disabilities. Proven ability to perform client care tasks including client assessment, data collection, and behavior intervention implementation. Experience working within home-based settings or community environments is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, school personnel, and interdisciplinary teams. Communicate clearly and effectively with others.
