How You Will Make a Difference (Role Responsibilities): Provide compassionate, 1:1 behavioral therapy to children in their homes, schools, and community settings. Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by our collaborative BCBA team. Collect consistent, accurate data to celebrate and track our clients' beautiful milestones. Support clients in developing independence with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). Collaborate closely with families and care teams to ensure a unified, loving approach to care.
