Position Overview We are currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are available and willing to consistently work evening/night and weekend hours . This role is a great fit for someone looking for evening, night, and/or weekend work , with the potential for additional daytime hours based on employee availability and client scheduling needs. RBTs will provide individualized ABA therapy in both home and clinic settings . This role is best suited for someone who is confident, experienced, dependable, and comfortable working with children who may have higher behavior needs , including aggression and other challenging behaviors. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, and community settings Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA Use naturalistic teaching strategies to build communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills Collect accurate and timely data during sessions Implement behavior intervention strategies for behaviors such as aggression, elopement, and noncompliance Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the clinical team Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while working with clients and families Build positive, respectful relationships with clients and families Uphold client dignity and provide compassionate, individualized care Schedule Requirement (Please Read Carefully) This position primarily requires consistent evening/night and weekend availability .
