Our sessions are play-based, engaging, and individualized—because therapy should feel supportive, not clinical. We are a growing, values-driven team looking for passionate RBTs who want to make a real impact. Position Overview We are currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are available and willing to consistently work evening/night and weekend hours . This role is a great fit for someone looking for evening, night, and/or weekend work , with the potential for additional daytime hours based on employee availability and client scheduling needs. RBTs will provide individualized ABA therapy in both home and clinic settings . This role is best suited for someone who is confident, experienced, dependable, and comfortable working with children who may have higher behavior needs , including aggression and other challenging behaviors. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, and community settings Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA Use naturalistic teaching strategies to build communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills Collect accurate and timely data during sessions Implement behavior intervention strategies for behaviors such as aggression, elopement, and noncompliance Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the clinical team Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while working with clients and families Build positive, respectful relationships with clients and families Uphold client dignity and provide compassionate, individualized care Schedule Requirement (Please Read Carefully) This position primarily requires consistent evening/night and weekend availability . Applicants must be reliably available for evening/night and/or weekend hours Consistent availability is important for continuity of care Additional daytime hours may be available based on employee availability and client scheduling needs Scheduling will depend on both employee availability and client needs Both part-time and full-time opportunities may be available Additional hours may be available based on client needs and candidate availability Required Qualifications Current and active RBT certification required At least 1 year of experience as an RBT providing ABA services Experience working with children with developmental or behavioral needs Experience working with challenging behaviors, including aggression Comfortable implementing behavior intervention plans with BCBA support Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and professionally in both home and clinic settings Dependable attendance and commitment to consistent client care What We Offer $18-$25 per hour , based on experience and qualifications Supportive, collaborative team environment Ongoing supervision and mentorship from a BCBA Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding company Meaningful, relationship-driven work that makes a difference Opportunities for additional hours based on availability and client needs Join Our Team If you are passionate about helping children build meaningful skills and want to be part of a supportive team that values relationships, dignity, and individualized care, we would love to hear from you.
