Sessions take place in homes, schools, and community settings depending on the case. Day to day you'll be running ABA programs, taking data, supporting kids with communication and daily living skills, and working alongside BCBAs and families. We keep caseloads manageable and our BCBAs are accessible when you need them. You need to have An active RBT certification At least 6 months of ABA experience working directly with clients A high school diploma or GED A valid license and reliable car Here's what you get $19-$24/hr based on experience A $0.50 raise every 6 months, no cap 401(k) after 6 months with a 1% match after year one A rewards program where you earn points for attendance and documentation and can redeem them for cash or prizes Referral bonuses Paid onboarding and training Supervision hours if you're on the BCBA track Schedule flexibility We're not a revolving door company.
