Job Responsibilities:
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in both clinic and home environments Collect accurate and timely data during sessions Use evidence-based teaching strategies (DTT, NET, reinforcement, etc.) Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals Communicate professionally with parents/caregivers Maintain session notes and documentation in a timely manner Follow all ethical and professional guidelines Work as a part of a collaborative team under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) Work in direct care with clients to increase appropriate skills such as social skills, communication skills, daily living skills, and play. Work in direct care with clients to decrease challenging behaviors Demonstrate enthusiasm, flexibility and teamwork throughout the treatment day Work is monitored and observed by supervisors and parents through a video monitoring system Comply with the BACB Registered Behavior Technician Ethics Code Required Qualifications, Education, and/or Certifications, Experience, Skills Current RBT certification (required) High school diploma Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to in-home sessions Ability to pass background check CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain) Preferred Education and/or Certifications, Experience, Skills Bachelor's Degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field Experience as a Registered Behavior Technician in an ABA program Experience with individuals with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities including Autism Job Related Physical Requirements Must be able to perform moderate to heavy lifting (15-45lbs), pushing, stooping, light carrying, repeated bending, reaching above shoulder, simple grasping, hearing, walking, running, sitting and twisting. Must have ability to see, write, operate office equipment, operate a motor vehicle and have depth perception. Qualified individual must be able to perform these functions with or without reasonable accommodations.Job Types:
