Job Description

```Duties```
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect data on client progress and behavior
  • Assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients
  • Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress ```Requirements```
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow directions and implement behavior plans effectively
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality
