- RBT credentials
- has experience working with 2-5 year-old kiddos, preferred
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in home settings
- Professionally communicate with parents to create the best learning environment for the client.
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
- Support clients in developing and improving social, communication, and daily living skills
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe environment for the client
Hours:
16-32 Hours Weekly, with possibility of becoming Full time. RBT Skills- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent play, incidental teaching skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and compassion when working with individuals with ASD
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately collect data
- Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior intervention plans
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles is preferred but not required
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$18.00- $20.
