  • RBT credentials
  • has experience working with 2-5 year-old kiddos, preferred
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in home settings
  • Professionally communicate with parents to create the best learning environment for the client.
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
  • Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
  • Support clients in developing and improving social, communication, and daily living skills
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe environment for the client
  • Hours:
    16-32 Hours Weekly, with possibility of becoming Full time. RBT Skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent play, incidental teaching skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Patience, empathy, and compassion when working with individuals with ASD
  • Attention to detail and ability to accurately collect data
  • Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior intervention plans
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles is preferred but not required
