Full-Time Salary:
$87,000-$110,000/year, based on experience + Supervision Bonus Ahoy ABA is looking for a strong, motivated BCBA leader who is ready to help build, lead, and grow a high-quality ABA program. This is more than a traditional BCBA position. We are looking for a self-starter and natural leader who is excited about stepping into a leadership role, taking ownership, developing a strong clinical culture, and helping shape our ABA program from the ground up. A Unique Multidisciplinary Environment Ahoy ABA will operate in a multidisciplinary clinic setting , sharing a location with pediatric therapy providers from a separate company. This creates a unique opportunity for collaboration with professionals from other disciplines while Ahoy ABA maintains its own clinical operations, leadership, and ABA programming. Our goal is to create an environment where children can receive comprehensive support and providers can collaborate across disciplines when appropriate. What You'll Do As our BCBA Leader, you will: Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the ABA program Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise and mentor RBTs Provide ongoing training, feedback, and clinical support to your team Monitor client progress and ensure high-quality, ethical ABA services Collaborate with families and other professionals involved in the child's care Help establish strong clinical systems, expectations, and team culture Take initiative in identifying problems and developing solutions Play an active role in the continued development and growth of Ahoy ABA Manageable Caseload We believe strong clinical leadership requires time to actually lead. BCBA caseloads will be capped at 9 clients. We want our BCBA to have the ability to provide meaningful supervision, support RBTs, communicate with families, collaborate with other professionals, and maintain the quality of care our clients deserve.
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$87,000-$90,000 annually, based on experience In addition to base salary, this position will be eligible for a bonus based on supervision.
