As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes while working closely with a BCBA to help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. If you're looking for a company where you're valued—not just another employee—we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA. Collect accurate session data using electronic documentation. Communicate professionally with families and supervisors. Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism. Attend supervision meetings and complete required training. Follow all company policies and ethical standards. Qualifications Required Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. High school diploma or GED. Reliable transportation. Valid driver's license and current auto insurance. Willingness to travel to client homes within your assigned service area. Ability to pass required background checks. Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire (company-paid). Preferred At least 6 months of experience providing ABA therapy. Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities. Bilingual candidates are preferred. Pay:
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
