Job Description

About the Role Are you passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of children? We are seeking energetic, dedicated, and compassionate individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians . In this role, you will work 1-on-1 with children (ages 2-11) in a vibrant, supportive center-based environment , using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help them reach their full potential. We are looking to fill this position immediately. Whether you are a certified RBT or an experienced BT looking to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children aged 2-11. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs. Collect and record data on child progress during sessions. Collaborate with BCBAs to ensure best outcomes. Maintain a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment within our center.
What We're Looking For Certification:
Active RBT certification is highly preferred .
Experience:
If not certified, you must have previous experience working as a Behavior Technician or in a related field (Special Education, Paraprofessional, Preschool, etc.).
Passion:
A genuine desire to work with the2-11 age group and a "can-do" attitude.
Reliability:
Since our kiddos rely on consistency, we need someone who is punctual and dependable. Physical Requirements To successfully perform the duties of this role, candidates must be able to:
Stay Active:
Confidently sit on the floor, transition quickly from sitting to standing, and use child-sized furniture.
Strength:
Ability to lift, move, or support up to 40 pounds .
Stamina:

Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
