Job Description
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Full-time and Part-time positions available.
BCBA Pay Rate:
$65 - $95 per hour based on experience (for comparative purposes: Approximately $95,000 - $140,000 as an annual salary, based on a 30-hour work week).First Year Bonus:
$5000 for full time BCBAs. Bonus is commensurate with weekly hours for part-time BCBAs.About Us:

Ongoing collaboration and access to resourcesKey Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments Use tools such as VB-MAPP, MAS, and Vineland-3 Create and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Supervise and support ABA therapists (RBTs) Provide training to staff, caregivers, and families Track progress, analyze data, and adjust plans as needed Maintain accurate documentation and progress reportsQualifications:
Active BCBA certification (required) At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with Autism Skilled in behavior plan writing and data analysis Strong communication and leadership skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (required for in-home visits) Apply Today We're excited to hear from dedicated BCBAs looking to make a difference.
