You will lead the kids in educational activities/games and make sure all safety rules are followed. SOS will give you hands-on training. We have weekly team trainings and quarterly in-service training days. SOS will pay for you to become a registered behavior technician, obtain a CPR certification, and QBS Safety Care Certification. Staff members get a performance review every 6 months. Behavior Technicians have the opportunity to be promoted into Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, or a Trainer. DESCRIPTION

Work In Center Monday - Friday 7:45am-4:00pm. or 9:45 am- 6:15pm. Implement Lesson Plans (created by the BCBA). Incorporate sensory activities into the lessons (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games). Record notes into the software. General End-of-day Cleaning duties.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma (College Degree preferred). No criminal background. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active.

BENEFITS

Salary:

$15/hr for non-certified techs or $18-$20/hr for certified behavior techs. 10 days paid vacation. 10 days paid holidays. Unlimited Unpaid Time Off. Company-paid BACB Certification. Company-paid
