Draper, Utah Salary:
$85,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications Practice ABA the Way It Should Be Practiced At Elevation Behavioral, we believe great ABA starts with giving clinicians the time, resources, and support to do their jobs well. We're a family-owned, BCBA-owned practice serving children with Autism. We prioritize individualized treatment, manageable caseloads, and a collaborative environment where BCBAs can focus on clinical outcomes instead of getting caught up in administrative tasks. We're looking for a compassionate, motivated BCBA who enjoys working with children, values collaboration, and wants the opportunity to make meaningful clinical decisions. If you want to be part of a smaller organization where your clinical perspective matters and your work makes a difference, we'd love to hear from you. What You Can Expect at Elevation We want our clinicians to have the support they need to provide high-quality care without sacrificing their work-life balance. Manageable caseloads that allow you to give clients the attention they deserve Competitive salary of $85,000-$100,000 , based on experience and qualifications Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 Potential performance-based bonuses Monday-Friday schedule with no regular weekend requirements Dedicated scheduling support for appointments and staffing changes Collaborative BCBA team and supportive RBTs Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) with employer matching Annual CEU and recertification stipend Mileage reimbursement Professional development and training opportunities Flexible scheduling options, depending on position and client needs Our primary clinic is in Draper, with opportunities to serve clients in surrounding Salt Lake County communities through clinic, home, school, and community-based services. Our Clinical Philosophy We don't believe effective ABA should be a one-size-fits-all process. Each child has different strengths, needs, interests, and ways of communicating, and treatment should reflect those differences.
Our clinical approach emphasizes:
Building rapport and pairing before placing demands Positive reinforcement and meaningful motivation Individualized skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programming Function-based interventions informed by assessment and data Sensory-informed, compassionate, and trauma-informed care Teaching skills that improve independence and quality of life Generalizing progress across people, routines, and environments You'll have the autonomy to use your clinical judgment and develop programs that fit your clients. We provide templates, resources, and collaboration when helpful, without expecting every client to fit the same treatment model. Your Responsibilities As a BCBA at Elevation, you'll oversee the clinical programming for your assigned clients while working closely with RBTs, families, and other professionals.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans Creating and overseeing skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs Developing function-based behavior interventions Reviewing client data and making data-driven treatment decisions Monitoring progress and modifying programming when needed Providing RBT supervision, coaching, feedback, and training Conducting parent and caregiver training Supporting skill generalization across settings Collaborating with families and other service providers Maintaining accurate assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and clinical documentation Ensuring services meet applicable BACB, Utah licensing, HIPAA, payer, and company requirements This is a clinical position focused on client care, treatment quality, and supporting the providers implementing your programs. The Type of Clinician We're Hoping to Find We're looking for someone who: Enjoys working directly with children and their families Is thoughtful, patient, and compassionate Uses data and clinical reasoning to guide decisions Communicates clearly and works well with a team Values ethical, individualized, child-centered treatment Can work independently while remaining open to collaboration Is creative and willing to reconsider an approach when progress stalls Values feedback, continued learning, and professional development Understands the importance of considering sensory variables and other relevant factors when assessing behavior Required Qualifications Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Current Utah Behavior Analyst license Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field Experience working with children with Autism Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based treatment Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment programs Current 8-hour supervision training certificate Ability to meet applicable BACB, Utah, payer, and company requirements Preferred experience: Behavioral Skills Training (BST), Skills-Based Treatment (SBT), sensory-informed clinical approaches, and scope-and-sequence programming. A Small Team With a Shared Purpose Elevation is intentionally a smaller practice. We value integrity, communication, accountability, and mutual respect. Our goal isn't to grow at the expense of clinical quality; it's to build a team that provides excellent care and supports one another along the way. You'll work with people who want to share ideas, solve problems together, and help each other succeed. We want our BCBAs spending their time building relationships, supporting families, and helping children make progress—not managing unnecessary administrative burdens. If you're looking for a BCBA role where quality care and clinical judgment come first, we'd love to connect with you. How to Apply Apply through Indeed or email your resume to .
