Overview:
We are seeking an energetic, playful RBT who can think on their feet and who loves to have fun! If you are playful, energetic, and creative, we would love to have you on our team! We bring the joy! Honey Beehavior Analysis is a small, BCBA owned in-home ABA company in South Jordan, Utah. We value our employees and provide gentle, trauma-informed care to our clients. As a Registered Behavior Technician with Honey Beehavior Analysis you will: Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA Use "Today's ABA" strategies with clients Collect data and complete session notes daily Collaborate with peers and supervisors Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings Other duties assigned As a Registered Behavior Technician, you must: Have experience working with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder Be flexible to meet our client's needs during session Be energetic and playful Be able to sit, stand, kneel, squat, stoop and bend Have a vehicle and valid drivers license Be willing to travel to clients homes (within 30 minutes of your home) Be prompt and reliable Be able to communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers and families Be able to pass a background check We offer: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification CPR training Supervised Fieldwork Paid days off Referral bonus Wellness stipend
