We're growing into the Layton, Kaysville, and Farmington area and looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who want more than just a job — they want a team that has their back. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)- Position Overview As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Aviation ABA Therapy, you'll provide in-home ABA therapy to children and families across Layton, Kaysville, and Farmington.

- Responsibilities Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes as directed by your supervising BCBA Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods (DTT, NET) Collect and record behavioral data electronically using tablets/iPads after each session Communicate regularly with your BCBA and the clinical team regarding client progress Participate in parent training sessions, team meetings, and generalization activities Assist with assessments, materials preparation, and therapy session organization Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and safety protocols Maintain professional boundaries and uphold client confidentiality (HIPAA compliance) Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)•Requirements Active RBT certification required (or willingness to obtain certification with company support) High school diploma or equivalent (required); college coursework in psychology, education, or related field (preferred) Reliable transportation within Layton, Kaysville, Farmington, and surrounding areas Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs Comfortable using tablets and iPads for electronic data collection Strong communication and interpersonal skills Genuine passion for working with children with autism and developmental disabilities Eligible to work in the United States with a valid driver's license and insurance Ready to Take Off?
