Job Description

Job Summary:
Radiant Behavior Solutions is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. We are deeply committed to the work we do and to building a team that feels aligned, supported, and intentional in how we serve our clients. Our approach is highly individualized, with a strong focus on communication, connection, and meaningful progress through creative, child-led sessions. This is an ideal role for someone who loves working with children and is looking for meaningful, hands-on clinical experience in ABA within a supportive and values-driven environment. We are a small, local, BCBA-founded team passionate about providing ABA therapy that is intentionally different. Our neuroaffirming, art-based approach focuses on meeting each client where they are and building skills in a way that is engaging, client-led, and individualized. We proudly serve families in northern Utah.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one therapy to clients in home, school or community settings Implement individualized support plans under BCBA supervision Collect accurate data on client skill acquisition progress and behaviors Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with the RBT ethics code Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and caregivers Participate in ongoing training
Qualifications:
