$1,000 Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess the behavioral needs of clients. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and evidence-based practices. Implement behavior intervention strategies and monitor client progress. Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collect and analyze research data to inform treatment decisions and improve service delivery. Supervise, train, and support RBTs. Advocate for the needs of clients within the special education system and community resources. Skills Great work ethic and team player Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and techniques. Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities. Proficient in patient assessment methodologies. Knowledge of special education processes and regulations. Excellent patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality. Ability to collect and analyze research data effectively. Experience working with individuals with disabilities in various settings. Strong medical documentation skills to ensure compliance with industry standards.
