Focus on delivering high-quality ABA services without burnout. What You'll Do Oversee and implement ABA treatment programs in a clinic setting. Supervise, train, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and track progress. Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and clinical best practices. Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary teams. What We're Looking For Required Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential. Licensed or license-eligible in Utah. 1-2 years of experience as a BCBA. Preferred Experience in schools, classrooms, or structured group settings. Fluent Spanish; qualified fluent Spanish speakers receive an additional $5,000 annually. Interest in clinical leadership and professional development. No classroom teaching experience is required. Qualified clinicians are encouraged to apply.
