What We Offer Competitive Salary:

$85,000-$95,000 annually, based on experience

Up to $5,000 available to help cover contract obligations with your current employer What You'll Do As a BCBA at Affinity Autism Services, you'll play a key role in helping individuals and families achieve meaningful outcomes by: Conducting assessments, including VB-MAPP and other clinically appropriate evaluations Developing individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies Completing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) Supervising, mentoring, and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Providing caregiver and family training Collaborating with schools, providers, and multidisciplinary teams Maintaining BACB ethical standards and implementing evidence-based practices Why Affinity?
