Part-time About Little Champs ABA (Behavior Technician- BT) Little Champs ABA is dedicated to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in underserved areas of Utah.

- BT) High school diploma or equivalent Experience working as a Behavior Technician (BT) or in a similar role (preferred) Reliable transportation and strong attendance Ability to engage with children in a positive, playful, and professional manner Self-motivated with strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to complete training and obtain certification (training provided) Job Responsibilities (Behavior Technician•BT) Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home, school, or community setting under BCBA supervision as a Behavior Technician (BT) Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans Teach and support development of communication, life skills, social-emotional learning, and play Accurately collect data and write clear, detailed session notes Maintain reliable attendance and timely communication with the clinical team Participate in ongoing training and professional development as a Behavior Technician (BT) Who We're Looking For (Behavior Technician•BT) You're compassionate, enthusiastic, and ready to make a difference in the lives of children with developmental disabilities.
