Benefits:
Competitive hourly compensation; $20.00 - $28.00 (based on experience and skill set), plus performance-based pay increase. Part-time schedule, evening shifts allow you to work Training that meets eligibility to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Mentorship for career growth.
Responsibilities and Duties of RBTs:
Teach and promote language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in a fun, play setting to increase motivation and positive performance Implement individualized treatment programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Record objective daily data to reflect client progress toward goals Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications and Skills:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week Monday-Friday Negative TB test Must be able to lift 35 pounds and get up and down off the floor quickly Coursework in psychology, child development, or social work is a plus
