Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract To Hire Step into a rewarding role supporting young learners in a dedicated educational setting. This full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity focuses on providing direct, one-on-one behavioral support to 1st grade students during the Extended School Year. You'll work closely with children who have behavioral needs, including those with Autism and ADHD, helping to shape positive outcomes in an encouraging environment. You'll be part of a collaborative setting, with administration readily available for guidance and support. Your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will have a profound impact on the students you serve, making this a meaningful step in your career.
Qualifications and Experience Desired:
Active RBT or BCBA certification required Prior experience in a school or educational environment Knowledge of behavioral interventions for Autism and ADHD strongly preferred Comfortable working one-on-one with elementary-aged students Strong communication, patience, and organizational abilities Committed to consistent, full-time availability (40 hours per week)
