EzCare ABA is seeking a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in the Alexandria area. This role offers the opportunity to work one-on-one with a child, build a meaningful connection, and play an important part in their growth and development. If you enjoy working with children, celebrating progress, and being part of a supportive clinical team, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Provide individualized ABA therapy in the client's home Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA Help your client build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills Use engaging and motivating teaching strategies tailored to the child Collect session data and complete documentation Partner with families and your clinical team to support progress Why You'll Love Working With Us Consistent Monday-Friday afternoon schedule Competitive pay ranging from $25
