Stafford, VA — Special Education School Setting Role Overview The Behavior Technician / Behavioral Classroom Aide supports students with disabilities in a structured school environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident working with challenging behaviors and skilled in maintaining a calm, supportive presence during moments of escalation.
