Job Description

Job Title:
Registered Behavior Technician Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
  • Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency and progress
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
Experience:
  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities is preferred
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and their families
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to follow directions and implement behavior plans accurately
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
Note:
Central Reach Training will be provided for candidates who do not have previous experience in the field.
