What You'll Do As a BCBA, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of children and their families by: Conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments Developing individualized ABA treatment plans Supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and direct-care staff Monitoring client progress through ongoing data collection and analysis Coaching and educating parents to promote success beyond therapy sessions Collaborating with families and multidisciplinary team members Adjusting treatment strategies to maximize meaningful outcomes Helping children gain confidence, independence, and life-changing skills What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is: ✔ Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) ✔ Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field ✔ Experienced with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) ✔ Passionate about working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder ✔ A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills ✔ Dedicated to clinical excellence and lifelong learning Why You'll Love Working Here At Connect Behavioral Health, you're more than a clinician—you become part of a mission-driven team that celebrates every victory, supports one another, and invests in your professional growth.
