9709840-20115 Job Description Step into a rewarding role supporting young learners by utilizing your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This contract opportunity is located near Washington, VA, offering you the chance to make a real impact in a self-contained elementary school environment. The assignment is set to begin as soon as possible and runs through May 27, 2026. Enjoy a flexible schedule of 18-20 hours per week, ideally spread over five days, though some flexibility can be accommodated. As an RBT in this role, youll work with kindergarten through 4th-grade students, rotating between 5-6 students to provide targeted behavioral support. Youll collaborate closely with educational teams to help create a positive, supportive classroom atmosphere and track progress toward individualized goals.

Qualifications:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience supporting elementary-aged students, especially those in a self-contained classroom, is highly valued Must be able to successfully complete a fingerprint-based background check Ability to adapt and communicate effectively with both students and staff
