Compass:
As a Compass BCBA, you will: Work with a minimal caseload, allowing you to focus on quality over quantity for your location. Use evidence-based ABA and complementary practices to oversee treatment plans, train caregivers, and enhance family engagement to maximize impact and results. Coordinate care and maintain accurate documentation using our streamlined systems. Providing both clinical and administrative oversight to ensure the success of the location. Full-Time BCBAs:

Requirements:
Active BCBA certification and Virginia licensure (or eligibility within one month of hire). Master's degree in a related field. Driver's license with 1+ years of driving experience.
