Job Description
Overview HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our fun and growing ABA clinics in Newport News, VA or right down the road at our Hampton, VA location!
Schedules available:
Full-Time:
M-F 8 am- 6 pm
Part-Time:
M-F Mornings 8 am-12 pm or Afternoons 3pm- 6 pm
Compensation:
Hourly rates between $21- 26/hour with opportunities to earn more!

Responsibilities- Provide in-person therapy services one-on-one or in small group settings with pediatric clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other unique needs within home, community and clinic settings
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to improve social, communication, and daily living skills
- Work under the close supervision of our BCBAs to deliver treatment plans, collect data, and reduce challenging behaviors by reinforcing positive behaviors and skills!
