Schedules available:

Full-Time:

M-F 8 am

• 6 pm

Part-Time:

M-F Mornings 8 am-12 pm or Afternoons 3pm

• 6 pm

Compensation:

Hourly rates between $21

• 26/hour with opportunities to earn more!

• Provide in-person therapy services one-on-one or in small group settings with pediatric clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other unique needs within home, community and clinic settings
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to improve social, communication, and daily living skills
• Work under the close supervision of our BCBAs to deliver treatment plans, collect data, and reduce challenging behaviors by reinforcing positive behaviors and skills!

Qualifications Ideal candidates hold a valid RBT certification OR have completed the 40-hour RBT certification course! Not an RBT yet? No worries! We have an on-site training program as a benefit! Experience in the field of mental health, child development, or education. However, we encourage anyone to apply that enjoys being around children and has a passion for making a difference in their lives! Must be at least 18 years old and have, at minimum, completed high school or national equivalent, and have reliable transportation.
