Job Description
AAS is a Premier ABA Therapy Provider for Individuals with Autism Are you an RBT looking for new career opportunities? Are you a BHT with ABA Experince looking to become an RBT? Responsibilities of ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Work 1:1 with patients in the home, school, clinic and community settings Consistently implement treatment plans (under BCBAs direction) and prepare program materials Collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes utilizing data collection software (Central Reach) Review and implement consultation/supervision, note recommendations Maintain warm relationship with families and clients Participate in on-going training, evaluations and meetings, as required Assist with parent training and clinical assessments, as needed Communicate effectively with the BCBA regarding learners progress Submit notes and data in a timely fashion Communicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and families, as needed Understand and adhere to HIPAA policies Qualifications of a Registered Behavior Technician
