Here is the generated job description: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT/BT) - Part-time Opportunity Overview Symphony ABA Therapy, where every child's potential plays a vital part in our harmonious approach to ABA therapy for children in VA and NC, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team Responsibilities Implement individualized care plans based on applied behavior analysis principles Assist clients in daily living activities, promoting independence and skill development Monitor and document client behavior and progress, maintaining accurate records Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust treatment strategies Provide support during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment Educate clients and their families about behavioral health concepts and strategies Uphold confidentiality standards in accordance with HIPAA regulations Qualifications Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or BA a plus Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred Knowledge of medical terminology and behavioral health practices is advantageous Familiarity with care plans and the principles of applied behavior analysis is essential Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to assist clients compassionately Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative independently Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards What We Offer Competitive hourly rate: $24 - $32 per hour Part-time schedule with flexibility to suit your needs Opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those we serve Join our dynamic team and apply now!
