As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients. We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community-based settings. As an RBT, you will be responsible for implementing individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collecting and recording data on client progress and behaviors, and participating in team meetings and training sessions. You will also maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families, and adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community-based settings Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors Assist in the development of behavior intervention strategies Participate in team meetings and training sessions Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their familiesQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required) Reliable transportation Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred) Flexibility, empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented, client-centered approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, timeliness, and effective time management skillsWhat We Offer:
