As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients. Role:

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community-based settings. As an RBT, you will be responsible for implementing individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collecting and recording data on client progress and behaviors, and participating in team meetings and training sessions. You will also maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families, and adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community-based settings Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors Assist in the development of behavior intervention strategies Participate in team meetings and training sessions Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required) Reliable transportation Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred) Flexibility, empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented, client-centered approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, timeliness, and effective time management skills
