As a Behavior Technician, you'll work directly with children, using fun activities and positive reinforcement to help them learn new skills and reduce challenging behaviors. You'll follow a personalized plan created by a supervising expert, and you'll keep track of the child's progress. Your observations and data will help the team adjust the plan to best support the child's growth and development.What You'll Do:
Deliver Personalized ABA Therapy:
Work hands-on with clients to implement targeted treatment plans that address individual needs.Track and Report Progress:
Collect and analyze behavior data, maintain detailed daily notes, and provide quarterly updates on each client's growth and achievements.Collaborate Across Disciplines:
Partner with families, co-workers, and related service providers to ensure cohesive and effective care.Grow Professionally:

High school diploma is required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Major in a human services field (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field) is preferred. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is preferred but not required. Minimum of one year of experience working with young children is required. Experience with ABA teaching techniques and autism spectrum disorders preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills. Valid driver's license, vehicle, and current insurance. Successful completion of pre-employment background investigations, including State and FBI criminal background checks and Child Protective Services criminal background checks.
