Compensation - Earn a base wage of $75/hour Why Choose a Part-Time Role at Centria? Flexible Scheduling - Work the hours that work for you, daytime, limited days per week, or only a few clients. Focus on Clinical Care - With support from our operations team and proprietary CareConnect platform, you can focus on client progress, not administrative overload. Built-In Clinical Support - Even part-time, you'll be connected to Clinical Directors, peer BCBAs, and our Clinical Excellence Team for guidance and collaboration. Assent-Based ABA - Deliver care aligned with Practical Functional Assessment, Skills-Based Treatment, and Centria's commitment to compassionate, child-led therapy. Opportunity for Growth - Explore additional hours, mentorship, or leadership opportunities if and when your availability changes. What You'll Do Provide BCBA oversight for a limited caseload of clients Develop and maintain individualized, assent-based treatment plans Support and supervise Behavior Technicians through coaching and modeling Engage families in therapy through collaborative parent training Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on data and team input This part-time role does not include benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), or paid time off.
