Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Help Children Build Skills That Last a Lifetime Perfect Pair ABA is hiring a compassionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy to children with autism throughout Smithfield, VA . Every session you lead helps a child strengthen communication, independence, social interaction, and everyday life skills. You'll receive ongoing support from experienced BCBAs while making a meaningful difference in the lives of local families. What You'll Do As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will: Deliver individualized ABA therapy based on treatment plans created by a BCBA. Work one-on-one with children in their homes and community environments. Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills. Implement behavior reduction strategies with consistency and compassion. Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation. Partner with parents and caregivers to support client progress. Attend supervision meetings and participate in ongoing training. Qualifications We're looking for candidates who have: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB. High school diploma or equivalent. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to travel to client homes in the Stafford area. Strong communication and time management skills.
