Facility:

Compassionate ABA & Therapeutic Services, LLC (CABATS)

Roles and Responsibilities:

RBTs/BTs provide individualized ABA treatment under the supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA. Responsibilities include implementing treatment protocols and behavior intervention plans, teaching communication and adaptive skills, collecting accurate data, completing session documentation, communicating professionally with caregivers and supervisors, and maintaining a safe and engaging treatment environment..

Requirements:

RBT Certificate - Preferred Must have 1+ Year of experience as a Behavior Technician.
