Paragon Autism Services is hiring a full-time ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician to support children and families through in-home ABA services in the Fredericksburg and surrounding County region. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about psychology, education, child development, behavioral health, autism services, or human services and are looking to grow within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. We provide guaranteed hours, stable pay, structured training, clinical supervision, and clear pathways for long-term professional growth. In addition to a reliable workload, we offer a comprehensive compensation package including: 80 hours of paid vacation annually 6 paid holidays $450 per month towards family, child & spouse health plans and $350 per month for individual plans, in the 2026 calendar year.
Quarterly performance incentive:
choose between a $300 bonus or 3 hours of additional PTO every quarter Total first-year compensation exceeding $44,000 , with annual merit-based raises Location & Schedule Consistent Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends) Client sessions scheduled between 9:00 AM

Role Overview:
What Our Behavior Technicians Do As a Behavior Technician at Paragon, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy while working collaboratively with a clinical team dedicated to measurable outcomes and professional excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs/BCaBAs Delivering evidence-based ABA strategies (e.g., discrete trial training, natural environment teaching, shaping, chaining, differential reinforcement) Collecting accurate, session-by-session data to track client progress Maintaining strong clinical integrity and treatment fidelity Collaborating consistently with supervisors to support client outcomes and your own clinical development by attending weekly team meetings Minimum Qualifications We are seeking candidates who bring both passion and professionalism to the field: Bachelor's degree preferred Active RBT certification required or candidates must be willing to obtain their RBT certification within 60-90 days of hire, including completion of all required training, competency assessment, and exam. Degree focus in Psychology, Education, ABA, Child Development, or related field highly preferred Prior experience in ABA or working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Demonstrated desire to learn behavioral principles and therapeutic professionalism Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home services required Ability to pass state, FBI background checks, and CPS screening required Benefits & Professional Growth Paragon is committed to supporting long-term career development in
