In this role, you will provide high-quality ABA therapy services, supervise clinical staff, and work closely with families to support meaningful and lasting client outcomes. What You'll Do Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Conduct initial assessments and client intakes Design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans Track client progress and adjust programs as needed Provide parent and caregiver training to ensure consistency of care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and industry standards What We're Looking For ✔ Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) (Required) ✔ BCBA certification (Required) ✔ Experience supervising RBTs and managing caseloads (Preferred) ✔ Familiarity with CentralReach or similar ABA software (Preferred) ✔ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills ✔ Self-driven, compassionate, and detail-oriented professional Why Join Us?
