  • Temporary, Part-time, Full-time, Contract, Internship Overview Join our dynamic team as an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Applied Behavior Analyst Therapist, where your passion for behavioral health and dedication to helping individuals with developmental disabilities will make a meaningful difference.
In this role, you will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, support individuals with autism and other developmental challenges, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to promote growth, independence, and quality of life. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in applied behavior analysis (ABA) while making a positive impact in the lives of children and young adults. Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to support clients with autism and other developmental disabilities Collect, record, and analyze data on client behaviors to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, dressing, feeding, and hygiene routines Support educational goals through teaching functional skills and behavior management strategies in various settings Maintain accurate medical documentation, care plans, and behavioral health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with supervisors, caregivers, and educators to ensure consistency in behavioral interventions and progress tracking Promote a safe, supportive environment that fosters positive behavior change and client well-being Requirements Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification prior to employment Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and behavior management strategies Ability to collect detailed data accurately during sessions and document progress effectively Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards Compassionate attitude with excellent patience and communication skills for working with individuals with autism and other special needs Ability to assist clients with ADLs and implement teaching strategies aligned with individualized care plans Join us in empowering individuals through compassionate care, innovative behavioral strategies, and dedicated teamwork.
