Job Description

A growing organization is seeking an experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the team in a Clinical Director capacity . This role combines clinical oversight, team leadership, and business development to support the launch and growth of services for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in the Virginia community. The ideal candidate is a motivated clinician with strong leadership skills, local community connections, and an interest in helping develop and expand behavioral health services . Key Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for children with ASD, Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust intervention strategies based on behavioral data , Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as the team expands, Oversee clinical quality, program development, and service delivery as part of the Clinical Director role, Lead business development initiatives , including building partnerships with local children's services and community organizations, and Represent the organization at local community and professional events (e.g., Chamber of Commerce) to increase awareness and support program growth. Qualifications Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, 3 to 5 years of BCBA experience , Residency with LBA in Virginia , Strong communication and leadership skills , Well-connected within the Virginia children's services community preferred, Experience or willingness to participate in business development and community outreach activities , and Ability to supervise and mentor clinical staff , including BCBAs and RBTs. Compensation $500 monthly stipend from offer signing until operations begin (estimated 3 4 months ), $90 $120 per billable hour , $45 $60 per hour for non-billable work (clinical directorship duties, business development, administration, etc.), 50% health insurance premium covered , and 3 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) per year (prorated based on worked time).
