Warrenton, VA Job Summary:
Able Minds ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Warrenton, VA. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy services to individuals with autism. We offer flexible scheduling and no caseload, allowing you to focus on what matters most•making a difference in the lives of our clients. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism, in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team Conduct assessments, observations, and data collection to measure progress and inform treatment decisions Analyze data and provide recommendations for program development and improvement Collaborate with other BCBAs, Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure consistent and effective treatment Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and program modifications Participate in staff training and development activities to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field BCBA certification 1+ year of experience working with individuals with autism and ABA therapy Knowledge of ABA principles, theories, and methodologies Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
