Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Era ABA Therapy -
Virginia Job Type:
Part-time Pay:
$25-$30/hour
Schedule:
Saturday-Sunday 9am-12pm

In person About Us Era ABA Therapy provides high-quality, compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We believe in supporting our therapists so they can deliver the best care possible. When you thrive, our clients thrive. Position Summary We are seeking dedicated and caring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, community, or school setting to help children build skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and reach meaningful goals.

Responsibilities:
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans Collect accurate data during each session Support clients in communication, social skills, daily living skills, and behavior goals Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and caregivers
Qualifications:
Active RBT certification Experience working with children preferred Reliable transportation Ability to pass Virginia background checks Strong communication and interpersonal skills
