Job Description

HireCare Services | ABA Therapy Services | Woodstock, VA Area Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Part-Time Help children grow, learn, and succeed — one session at a time. HireCare Services is currently hiring dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy services in Woodstock, VA and nearby communities. This part-time opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children and want a flexible schedule with meaningful, hands-on experience. About the
Role:
As a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) , you will work directly with children in their homes, implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Through structured activities and positive reinforcement, you'll help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision Work one-on-one with clients in a home-based setting Track and record session data accurately Communicate progress and observations with your clinical team Complete session documentation promptly Foster a positive and supportive environment for each child and family
Qualifications:
Current RBT certification , or willingness to obtain certification with company support Open to entry-level applicants for BT positions Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Dependable, organized, and able to work independently High school diploma or equivalent required
Schedule:
Part-time only Primarily afternoon and early evening hours (Monday-Friday) Optional weekend sessions based on availability 15-25+ hours per week
Pay & Benefits:
