Job Description

About us Bright Paths Behavioral Therapy provides ABA therapy in the Williamsburg, Newport News, Yorktown and Hampton, VA area. Clinic space located in Yorktown VA. We are a fast growing company with opportunities for advancement. Through the use of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) we are committed to serving children and families with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We are currently seeking a full time or part time BCBA. •Competitive pay based on experience•- opportunities for yearly raises and bonuses
Requirements:
Active BCBA certification by the BACB Active LBA license through the Virginia Board of Medicine Master's Degree in ABA or related field Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 1-3 years supervisory experience (preferred) 1-5 year experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (preferred)
Responsibilities:
Design, implement and monitor skill- acquistion and behavior reduction programs Conduct assessments related to the need of behavioral intervention Monitor and modify individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) as needed Maintain data collection Complete and maintain documentation in a timely manner Oversee and collaborate on the implementation of ABA therapy provided by RBTs through the use of integrity checks Provide family guidance to caregivers based on skill-acquisition and behavior reduction programs Participate in staff progress review meetings Supervise and assist RBTs seeking BCBA certification Execute and follow ethical standards for behavior analysts as outlined by BACB Maintain CEUs for active BACB certification PTO, paid CEUs, flexible schedule, medical benefits, paid holidays as well as small case load available
