9664828-99101 Job Description Take on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting the growth and learning of an elementary-age student as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Youll work 1:1 with a young learner, applying behavioral intervention strategies under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your skills will support positive change and promote academic and social success for a student exhibiting varied behaviors. Schedule runs from 8:00 AM to 3:50 PM, allowing for a consistent workday and meaningful engagement each school day. BCBA supervision ensures tailored guidance, ongoing professional support, and offers the chance to collaborate with other skilled professionals in an educational environment. This position begins as soon as possible and continues through June 22, 2027, providing both stability and the opportunity to make a lasting difference.

Qualifications and Experience:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working with children or youth, preferably in school or behavioral health settings Understanding of evidenced-based behavioral interventions and data collection Ability to build rapport and work effectively 1:1 with students with varied needs Adaptability and patience in responding to dynamic behaviors Excellent communication skills to collaborate with supervising BCBA and school staff

Key Responsibilities:
