• Position Overview
• Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a qualified
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• for a part-time, school-based opportunity. The BCBA will provide behavioral consultation, supervision, training, and support services while collaborating with school staff to improve student outcomes. This position focuses on supervising Amergis and district RBTs/CBTs and ensuring high-quality behavioral service delivery.
• Responsibilities
• + Conduct behavioral evaluations and assessments.

+ Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).

+ Provide supervision and support to Amergis and district RBTs/CBTs.

+ Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff.

+ Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.

+ Train staff on behavior management strategies and best practices.

+ Ensure compliance with professional and ethical standards.

• Requirements
• + Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB.

+ Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

+ School-based behavioral experience preferred.

+ Minimum one year of pediatric experience preferred.

+ Current CPR certification, if applicable.

+ Ability to meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements.

+ Must be at least 18 years of age.
