Job Description:
School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Full Time | Bothell, WA | 2026-2027 School Year Ampersand Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year in Bothell, Washington. This is a full-time, in-person position in a school setting. Whether you're an experienced school-based RBT or just beginning your school therapy journey, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Provide school-based RBT services including treatment Provide thorough documentation and collaborate with BCBA Work alongside teachers and special education staff Maintain timely documentation and progress notes
Qualifications:
Must hold Washington CBT license Must hold RBT certification Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
