  • Position Summary
  • We are seeking a dedicated
  • Behavior Technician
  • to support students with special needs in a school setting. This role focuses on implementing behavioral and educational interventions, working closely with school staff and behavioral specialists to help students achieve their learning and behavioral goals.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision + Provide direct support to students with special needs + Collect data on student progress and behaviors + Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff + Assist in creating a positive, structured learning environment + Support students in achieving academic and behavioral goals
  • Minimum Requirements
  • + High School Diploma or equivalent (required) + Minimum
  • 2 years of pediatric experience preferred
  • + CPR certification (if applicable) + TB screening (PPD, questionnaire, or chest X-ray as applicable) + Must meet all
  • federal, state, and local employment requirements
